Trained Operators available
Responsibility for the safe operation of MEWP's lies with employers. managers,
supervisors and others working from these platforms.
No-one should work from a MEWP unless he has been authorised to do so.
Eagle Platforms Trained Operators
At Eagle Platforms Ltd, we can provide you with personnel,
trained to operate all types MWEP to a IPAF (International Powered Access
Federation) standard.
Types of MEWP
There are two types of mobile elevating work platforms.

Self Propelled Telescopic Booms
The platform which can be a telescopic or articulated boom and can
be operated universally in relation to the chassis.
An Articulated Boom
This can be lorry, van or trailer mounted
A self propelled Articulated/telescopic boom

Self Propelled Scissor machine.
This is mounted on a self propelled chassis and usually has a vertical
movement of the platform and a horizontally extended deck.
Scissor mechanism activated by hydraulic rams provide the vertical
movement.
